Our internet has been out since 2:31am today. Tried the normal stuff like power cycling the modem and firewall. Modem is synced to 16 downstream channels but only 1 upstream channel. It seems like the modem isn't getting a public IP address. I called Mediacom support this morning and was told there was an issue "with one of our programs" that was preventing the modem from syncing up and "we are restarting the program at 9am this morning and it should be working this afternoon". Does uid://1705265 have any suggestions?
