I am so frustrated with mediacom. I have been waiting to upgrade for over 8 weeks. Finally the lines are dropped, guy came out and said all you need to do now is call mediacom to have it provisioned. Have the new modem they sent, all set up, it is connected and provisioned on mediacom side, but getting less that 100 Mbps download speeds. Now, mediacom say a technician has to come out to the house and that will take another two weeks! How is this type of customer service possible? Please help:(
