My internet has been down since last friday. My modem is working fine and I'm getting a great uplink/downlink connection, but the "internet world" icon keeps flashing green and won't handshake a connection. I have an appointment for Tuesday, but it seems that my issue is outside of my house. I've talked to several online reps and since they can't ping my modem, they can't do anything to help. I think they agree it's a problem at the office, but do I really need to wait until Tuesday? I'm loosing my patience with mediacom and having outages once every 3 months.
