Internet has been down since about 8:30 pm last night at my house on the west side of town, but is fine here at work (my workplace also uses Mediacom). Does anyone know the nature of the issue that is taking 12+ hours to fix? On the support site, I do see the notification that there is an outage in my area, but there is no further explanation.
*UPDATE*
I received an automated callback telling me that service has been restored. I confirmed with my wife, so we are good to go!
