For 5 months I've tried to get into my account to no avail on both desktop and phone app. It says my Account doesn't exist (acct #). So I Register and then it says "that account already exists). I've changed the password....didn't work. I've tried 3 different emails....didn't work. Now I'm locked out because of multiple attempts.
I called Mediacom and can't get through because of their overabundance of calls. I'd like to just delete my billing site and start over.
What should I do next?
