Hello,
I have spoke to Arris and Mediacom about some issues I have noticed with my Surfboard SB6121 modem. Arris told me to reset the modem and see if it fixes the issue I have yet to do that because Mediacom tells me they do not know what this all means. So here is what I am seeing.
The first screen shot shows my modem offline and Arris says this is not right. Also they say that the Not started status is wrong. The other screen shot shows that the Upstream channel ID 1 is showing a T4 time out....Mediacom tells me they do not know why or what this means. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
