Internet was down all day Thursday 10/24 finally my Modem SB8200 all the lights came on around 4pm still no internet called customer support they say they can’t see my Modem an that my Modem is offline even tho all the lights are on the modem an are solid.Woke up this mourning modem is still on an all the light are solid an look normal still no internet WTF Im thinking Due to the outage an now that the service is back on Now my Modem is Messed up had 3 different Reps tell me my Modem is Not Online.Even tho all the lights are on an solid im pretty sure all it needs it Provisioned again..Grrrr I better not have a 160 dollar paper weight of a Modem now..
