I recently moved into a new section of a subdivision that is serviced by Mediacom. It is the same builders for the whole subdivision but I can't seem to get service. The builder contacted Mediacom last week and they told them service was available. After that I was able to get a appointment to get service to my new home. The day of the appointment was canceled without notifying me and now I am back to being "Not serviceable". I know they will service my home because more houses are being sold and "Phase 1" of this subdivision already has service. Is there any hope in getting service soon? This is in Joplin MO.
