I have the 100/10 package and I’ve been getting pretty decent speed except this week. I’ve been seeing super slow speeds and speed test is reporting 0.25 Mbps both up and down with really high judder (650 ms) or really high packet loss (12%).
VoIP and video calls are pretty much unusable and most media connections buffer like crazy.
