[RANT] Yep, y'all have irritated me this time

I really don't complain very often but when I do, I tend to be over the top. With that being said, Do I really need to ask upper (think VP level) management to get this worked on? I certainly hope not cause 1. I don't think Rocco cares about my little issue and 2. I don't want to bother JR if it can be fixed at a lower level. Now the reason I'm coming here is because the chat person just couldn't grasp what I was trying to say. Here it is: My email address of (my name)@mchsi.com worked up until around 10 to 10:30 central. I WANT IT BACK. It should be seen in my extensive notes on my account that I've tried several times to get it put on my new (and active) account where for the past 7-8 years, it wasn't. It still worked which I'm certainly thankful for but now it doe not. I also tried to create a new address of (my name) @mediacombb.net but I got nowhere with that either. No errors, just no address.
