We are building our dream house in Santa Rosa Beach. The developer confirmed with Mediacom (prior to purchasing 8 lots) that is was serviceable by Mediacom. We have been running around in circles with Customer Service since January 2020 about whether or not our lot was serviceable. I finally found someone that said yes and put in an order for a tech to come out. Tech came out and said no way. So, now I have been told that my account has been sent to do a cost plus analysis, but I have heard nothing and when I call in to get status, I just have to start from zero again. We also stopped by the office in Santa Rosa Beach, and Tracy told me that a construction team supervisor would call me, but, again, no one has called back. I am so frustrated because the telephone pole is visible from my front yard and about 300 feet from my driveway. Thank you for any information you can offer!
