I tried showing this image to the support people on Twitter, who insisted I needed a tech in the house. I won't let anyone in the house. There's a global pandemic and such. I took a shot of the first four hops, including my router and my modem and the first two out-of-house hops. The 11th hop is the game server.
I begged them to check everything not the house, but they insist it's the modem, which honestly has never done this intermittent dropping since we added Tivo to our account and got this big ugly box.
