My parents have this DTA and it's providing no sound. I verified the TV is ok. I changed the HDMI cable to another input. I tried using the coax out and all had no sound. The TV has Roku and sound is fine there. I tried changing the language setting as well.
Am I missing anything? Mediacom can't come out for over a week. The local office won't switch out the box as it's on a business account. Local office also said business account should get same day service. That was complete BS.
Anything ideas to speed this up? I can't find a factory reset. Tried unplugging as well.
