Every day for the past couple of weeks, I lose internet completely from about 11am -8pm. Have called supoort several times about it, they say they can see several streets worth of homes out in the immediate vicinity as well, so that it's not my equipment, and log it as the beginning of an outage.
I get a call back and they say that there are no outages in the area and that it must be my modem. Starting to get frustrated with it.
Had a tech out a couple weeks ago, he replaced the splitter outside in the box and it resolved for a day or two, then began again. Have another tech coming out in a couple days. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Power levels across the board are good, so are SNR levels. It just goes out, and comes back on its own every evening.
