I'm not sure how to exactly trouble shoot my issues, I've had Mediacom out at my place around 10-12 times the past 5-7 months. I've spoken to every manager and supervisor that I possibly could. I've purchased my own router/modem, completely wiped my devices, installed total defense systems, wiped devices again, obtained a dynamic IP, had my lines replaced, and much more. Yet still experience the same issues with my connectivity. I'm out of idea's and Mediacom is wasting my time anymore and causing me issues with my employer as well.
What do I need to post here for anyone to help kick off some open minded problem solving behind the issue.
DSLR - Recently signed up, a lot of my low end tests aren't captured here. I'll start doing them more frequently.

Even when the DSL report says I'm showing good grades, on my end however massive packet loss on gaming with any high tick rate servers. Also my speed tests are showing me 40% of what I'm paying for, should I be degrading my package with Mediacom?
I know it's silly but the best examples I have are from playing competitive games online that monitor my network activity.
Look at the top right of the screenshots for more insight on the packet loss / ping spikes. This is a very common issue, every few seconds of a min.
