Terrible service. Lived in Wenona, IL for 12 years and there's always been "outages", I've called six times in the last month and "the team" has been on the issue. Well it's been an issue for twelve years, nice try team. I just moved back and restarted my service in October, for the first two months it was great and now it's awful. I'm getting half of what Frontier promised. I had Frontier for two years where I moved and it was a constant full speed, granted it was much slower than what Mediacom offered but there wasn't near as many problems. I'd like to talk to Chad about seeing what is going on with our internet as I'm not getting anywhere with our phone support. I'm done and fed up. I'm very close to switch to Frontier and saving $35/mo. I'm very disappointed.
