Yesterday, I had a tech come out to my new house to move my service over. He told my wife everything was good, however I have no connection on any line. I tried plugging directly into the modem with a computer and it doesn't seem to be getting any sort of signal. Maybe my personal modem needs to be reactivated for the new home? I'm not sure, but I don't seem to have any sort of activity going on except for my downstream light flashing for what has been about 12hrs on one line.
