[IA] MediaCom Support Really Out of Touch

So to be transparent, Ive had MediaCom for over 3 years, never honestly had an issue with support. Yes, the internet had gone down and slow speeds, but always the support team via the mobile app and the techs that came, and even Chad from this own site have been amazingly helpful. Always polite, throughout all the issues they always did make me feel like the customer came first. Even one tech that has came by my house over the past year on 2 or 3 calls reached out and gave me his number to directly get back to him on any issues. And then Covid happened. Not exactly sure if they hired a bunch of new support agents or what, but the night and day difference between policies and individual support makes me question the leadership of this company. Im sure i was in the wrong to "douglas", but nothing is more irking then customer support acting like your a moron, and its your problem to fix. enclosed is the support logs of what a A+ support agent handles the situation, and then there is Douglas.
