I was having some upstream issues last week and @MediacomChad helped with those. This week I noticed a Mediacom tech in my back yard and chatted with him. He indicated that he was working on multiple reports of issues in my area and had replaced a couple of upstream transmitters.
My thought was that is what resolved my upstream channel drops. However, now I am getting lots of packet drops to the point that the internet is almost unusable for working from home which is unfortunately what I have to do due to Covid.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues in the Johnston, Iowa area?
