Wrongfully disconnected then lied to about it.

A technician came out and disconnected my service Friday. Problem is I was paid into next month and had no service calls in. Turns out Mediacom's dispatch screwed up. I called tech support to resolve the issue and they informed me it would take 5 days before a tech is available to fix the problem. After more calls I finally am told they will send a person out if one is available tomorrow. Stayed home and got nobody. Now I am being told may tomorrow again but if nobody shows then they will be out at the appointed time which was the original 5 days. I run a business from home and get paid $50 per hour for my work. At this time I am out $400 at least due to Mediacom negligence. However they have offered $15 for the period my service is down.
